PURPOSE OF THE POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to describe website and contacts management mode of INglass S.p.A. – sole shareholder company – subject to Management and Coordination by OC OERLIKON CORPORATION AG PFÄFFIKON (hereinafter INglass S.p.A.), with respect to Data Protection of user. In particular we want to state that all data are treated in accordance with article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (UE 2016/679) and therefore are processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject. Data subject are those who interact with INglass S.p.A, operating through its brand Oerlikon HRSflow, website and mail systems. Privacy policy is limited to INglass S.p.A, or one of its brand, url and not also for other websites that could be visited following hyperlink.

DATA CONTROLLER

Data Controller is INglass S.p.A, located in Via Piave 4, San Polo di Piave (Tv), 31020, Italy. Processing of data are performed only by authorized personnel. For certain business practices third-party providers have limited access to your data. All third parties wil enter into a data processing agreement with INglass S.p.A. in according with Article 28 of the Regulation. For certain cases, Italy authorities can ask for your data, therefore Inglass will acting conform legal obligations.

DATA TYPES Browsing Data

The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the website's operation acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but due to its same nature can, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) form addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used with the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning the use of the site and to check its correct operation. These data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and can be communicated to the Judicial Authority, in the event that the latter explicitly requests such data.

The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatching of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to reply to the requests, and also any other personal data contained in the message. Specific concise information concerning personal data shall be cited or visualised in the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

PROVISION OF DATA

Data are provided by you on an optional basis, or in case of a legitimate interests pursued by the controlled, as stated in Article 6 – paragraph 1 – point f of the Regulation UE 2016/679. If you refuse permission to use your data, Inglass will not be able to send you business proposal and information.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

We want to inform you that your data are processed after your consent or in case of a legitimate interests with the goal of:

a) provide you the service required whe you use website or contact form;

b) provide you, after your free consent or in case of a legitimate interest, commercial and / or promotional information as well as send you advertising or perform direct sales activities or commercial communications on products, services, quality surveys and other by the means of mail, email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp;

c) profiling, with your express consent, your behaviour, consumption and other habits in the sector in which Inglass Spa operates, in order to improve the services offered by INglass S.p.A.

Treatment will happen with paper or electronic devices, used in a compliant and secure manner.

We process you data for only as long as is strictly necessary to reach purposes already explicated or until you revoke your consent.

With accordance to Chapter 3 of the Regulation (article 12 – 23 “Data subject rights”) you have some right such as:

  • You can request to see your data, rectify it or have it deleted
  • Know if during activities explained in point a) and / or b) of the purposes we have send your data to third-parties
